RETURN POLICY
You can return or exchange unworn items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they’re in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that weaves, wigs, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons. To start a return or exchange, email returns@lcfashion.co.za with your order number and reason.
